The WOLFE group (Work Out, Low Fat for Elders) is an award winning, weekly wellness program for American Indian Elders. Going strong for almost a decade, this program is a collaboration between Gerald L. Ignace Indian Health Center & Indian Council of the Elderly.
Who? Native American Elders & friends (aged 45 or better)
What? Fitness, Cooking, Lunch, and Learning Activities
When? Every Wednesday from 10:00am—1:00pm
Where? GLIIHC’s 2nd floor, 930 West Historic Mitchell Street
