HIV Awareness Event & Film Screening

March 20th @ 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM CDT

For this year’s National Native HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, we invite you to join us for an event aimed at educating and providing resources to the community.

4:30PM HIV testing and Narcan training provided by Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers.

5:30PM Film screening of We Were Here, a documentary showing the beginning of the AIDS epidemic in the early 1980s. It highlights individuals and the gay community of San Francisco as they struggled with the personal, political, and social issues raised during this time.

We will also be discussing GLIIHC’s participation in the MKE Pride Parade on Sunday, June 8.

A light meal will be served.
