Dental Clinic
Our Dental Clinic offers more than dental cleanings and simple procedures to keep your teeth and mouth healthy and clean. We are a patient-centered dental home and we are dedicated to making your visit pleasant, so you can experience the benefits of healthy teeth for a lifetime.
Pharmacy
Our professional pharmacists and technicians are an important member of your Care Team. They provide you with important information about the medications you are prescribed and coordinate your care with your primary care provider and Behavioral Health Care provider to promote safe, quality patient care.
Medical Clinic
Our medical teams work together to provide you with the best possible treatment and outcomes in a comfortable, well-equipped setting. We provide comprehensive and culturally sensitive health care for your whole family. You are at the center of your provider-led Care Team.
Behavioral Health Department
GLIIHC’s Behavioral Health Department staff provide social, behavioral, cultural, and spiritual services. Our behavioral health and social services’ mission is to meet the emotional and mental health needs of urban Indians and loved ones with respect and sensitivity to your culture.

Urban Medical & Behavior Health Center
The next Diabetes Prevention Program(DPP) begins on January 23! Participants from 2024's DPP group learned ways to start a healthier diet, increase physical activity, and take actions to help prevent diabetes. Some of the former participants shared their thoughts on their experiences during the program:
"This program has increased my overall well-being."
"I felt better after weight loss, and encouraged to eat properly and exercise more."
Join us at the Open House: Diabetes Prevention Program on January 9, to meet the DPP coaches and learn more about the program.

Our W.O.L.F.E. (Work Out Low-Fat Elders) group wants to wish everyone Happy Holidays!
W.O.L.F.E. is a free weekly, year-round program for Native Elders & friends 45 & older. The program provides a safe space for our Elders to socialize, exercise, and learn about nutrition to support their health. This program is every Wednesday, from 10am - 1pm. The Holiday Toy Event is TWO DAYS AWAY! Applications can still be submitted (with all required documentation) through Thursday, December 19th, but please note that children’s gifts will only be fulfilled with items we have on hand. Stop by the All Nations Wellness Center in our lower level to complete an application! Applications can ONLY be completed in person.
