Gerald L Ignace Indian Health Center Director Dr. Lyle Ignace shared information about programs offered at the clinic at the Share the Care Native Cancer Conference. He also shared staggering statistics about the impact Cancer has had on Indigenous peoples’ lives in Wisconsin with the crowd of about 300. Wellness educators, heads of community organizations and tribal leaders from across the state attended the three-day conference.
