MEDICAL, DENTAL, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, PHYSICAL THERAPY, FITNESS CENTER
Monday – Thursday:
8am – 6pm
Friday: 8am – 12pm
PHARMACY
Monday – Thursday: 9am – 6pm
Friday: 9am – 1pm
*We will be closed for lunch, 12pm – 1pm.
**All evening programs WILL CONTINUE their regularly scheduled hours.

The Gerald L. Ignace Indian Health Center will now be using Care Message to send out appointment reminders by text message to our patients. Patients will be updated on their scheduled appointment times, and will be able to confirm or cancel a scheduled appointment all from their cell phone.

GLIIHC’s Health Promotion Disease Prevention Team is hosting a FREE, 5-week educational series designed for individuals diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes. The "What Can I Eat" program will teach you how to manage your diabetes in healthy, practical ways — and enjoy group support along the journey.

📅 Mondays, November 10 – December 15 (No class on November 24)
⏰ 5:00–6:30 PM

Participants will:
• Learn healthy eating skills through facilitator-led lessons
• Participate in group discussions and hands-on activities
• Practice physical activity and mindful nutrition choices
• Enjoy light refreshments
