FOR NATIVE HOUSEHOLDS ONLY
• Must provide proof of tribal enrollment or descendancy
• Must provide proof of school enrollment for 26-27 school year

*In-person advance registration required by August 7. Stop by the Medical or Behavioral Health Reception desks at GLIIHC to register.
