Work Out Low Fat Elders Programs
W.O.L.F.E. is a free weekly, year-round program for Native Elders & friends 45 & older. The program provides a safe space for our Elders to socialize, exercise, and learn about nutrition to support their health. The Health Promotion Disease Prevention Team provides a diabetic friendly, heart healthy meal featuring traditional foods and recipes to try at home.
