Women’s Gathering

April 24th @ 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM CDT

In honor of Missing & Murdered Indigenious Peoples (MMIW/MMIP) Day, please join us for a meal, and create a sign to represent your missing or murdered loved one for MMIW Day on May 5th and/or the Wrap the Capitol in Red event on May 7th. This gathering will also include conversations about the impacts of loss. Learn more about MMIW movement and what to do “When a Loved One Goes Missing.” All materials will be supplied. If you would like a picture of your loved for your sign, please email a picture to cscott-haney@ gliihc.net before April 17, 2024.
