Join Circles of Strength for a night of self-love activities! We will have an opportunity to talk about what self-love means to us, connect with each other and learn some ways to practice self-love using art, music and poetry. Participants will be able to take home their own self-love journals. Dinner will be provided.

This open art studio will be a space for adults to reflect, learn, and connect through expressive art activities and traditional crafts in an encouraging, supportive, and therapeutic group setting.
