Healthy Living with Diabetes

This is a FREE 6 week self-management program taught by GLIIHC’s health promotion team. This class is great for anyone managing diabetes, looking to learn how to prevent diabetes or is a care taker for someone with diabetes. Each week the group learns about topics related to diabetes management and together participants set individualized goals to work on week to week with support from the group. Behavior change is easiest with support!
