We will have an opportunity to talk about what self-love means to us, connect with each other and learn some ways to practice self-love using art, music and poetry. Participants will be able to take home their own self-love journals. Dinner will be provided.

The evening will include a traditional meal of hullcorn soup with biscuits, wild rice berry dish, tea, coffee, and water.
