This open art studio will be a space for adults to reflect, learn, and connect through expressive art activities and traditional crafts in an encouraging, supportive, and therapeutic group setting. Participants can choose from the activity provided or bring their own projects to work on each week.

Tribal Elder Food Box Distribution

FREE DISTRIBUTION OF LOCAL, TRADITIONAL FOODS

Each box will contain proteins, produce, and shelf-stable items, sourced
from Indigenous and non-Indigenous local producers and will be
representative of traditional foods whenever possible. The average box will
be 20 pounds. The contents of the boxes will change for each distribution
based on what is available seasonally for the given distribution week.
PLEASE NOTE: Food provided is for Tribal members, 55 years and older.
This project is funded by a Feeding America National Organization grant,
Feeding Wisconsin’s Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and
Consumer Protection ARPA grant, and an Intertribal Local Food Purchasing
Agreement grant.

Women’s Gathering

We would like to invite you to join us at our monthly Women’s Gatherings, for all women of all ages and walks of life. Every month we will have a different activity designed for women to learn, connect, support and grow

Join us for a meal and a lesson in self-defense. Alphonso Pettis has trained and taught many disciplines of martial arts for over 45 years. He strives to give you the physical and mental power to build self-respect and self-confidence. Wear clothes that are comfortable for physical activity.
